JJK Personal Training has been incorporated since April 2016, we are based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.

JJK Personal Training is very unique in the Personal Training Industry. We offer a wide range of services:

Our aim when working with clients is to ensure that they reach their desired targets to achieve their best.

We will also make sure that your training programme is enjoyable, supportive and meet your needs. It is important to build a strong relationship with clients to allow us to gain more information about your strengths and capabilities.

We have two studios, the smaller has been refurbished recently primarily for our Yoga Classes. The larger studio accommodates our Personal Training and Group Exercise Classes, it has a full range of modern gym equipment, spin bikes, weights,

We have car parking adjacent to the studios and we often hold classes outside in the field


Joseph John Kelly "JJK"

I am the founder of JJK Personal Training and a Fully Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. I am currently studying a full honours diploma with MAC Nutrition to become a fully qualified nutritional therapist. Nutritional Therapy is for everyone, not just those with a particular problem.

Everyone can learn how to benefit from eating the correct foods for us, which in every case is different. It can be hard to know what our body likes and dislikes. With a nutritional therapist guidance, we can tailor make the right diet for you. If you are trained by me you can expect dedication, good knowledge built from my years in the industry, and new and exciting techniques to take your fitness to new levels.

I believe that Personal Training is a life changing experience and want to help you make the next step to finding the new you. Over the last seven years I have built up a large client base in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire working as a personal trainer. I have helped my clients with weight management, sports performance, reduction of high blood pressure and pre-marathon training.

Ola, Group Exercise Coordinator

Ola Lennon

You will see me on most mornings and evenings taking Group Exercise. I have been with JJK from the early days. I’m also an ambassador for Gym Grub and play a big role in JJK’s Instagram Channels

I am a qualified Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer and have been training people for over 3 years. I am highly motivated and like to bring excitement into my Group and Small Group Classes. I want you to have fun while you work as hard as you want at the same time. I specialise in all forms of Spin and use music and routines to maintain a high tempo.

Outside of this I also have my Personal Training Clients some of who are working on their ‘Legs, Bums and Tums’ others on their Fitness.

If you want to have the fun factor but work hard at the same time, Ola is your lady, she’s also known as the “Spin Queen of Hertfordshire". Her classes are high tempo and very unique to most spin classes.

I have been In Fitness Industry for 7 years. Four years as a Fitness Instructor and three years as Level 3 Personal Trainer.

From a young age I have had a passion for Boxing and Kickboxing.

I work with varied clientele, from Weight Loss, to Muscle Building and Injury Rehabilitation. I like to combine my knowledge of strength training and boxing fitness to deliver enjoyable and effective workouts.

Hi I’m Ollie, I joined the JJK team in 2016, and I love all things fitness!

For me, the end result is always great, but I want to help you fall in love with the process so you can enjoy the journey just as much as that beach ready body! I enjoy getting into a workout and making that time count and I want you to enjoy it too!

Having gained my Level 3 Personal Training qualification, I like to utilise different training methods to help you achieve your specific goal whether it is to control your weight, get stronger or look your best self for your wedding day…… I’m here to open the doors to a focused, active and fun world, specialising in helping people lose weight and look great!.

I have a background in a number of sports, including; Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and Rugby to name but a few. I love a challenge, and helping people to live a longer, happier and healthier life is my biggest passion, that I want to share with you.

I have been has been teaching Yoga at JJK since Sept 2016 and have a passion to help people feel good,

I guide my students into the art of Yoga for the well being of the mind and the body. Whether an individual has a sports related injury, wants to excel at certain sport needing a bigger range of motion at the joints, looking for mindfulness or simply can’t touch their toes.

My Qualifications:
  • 500 hour yoga alliance accredited Hot Hatha Flow
  • Level 3 Personal Training
  • Level 3 Sports Massage (qualifies Oct 18)

My style of training is high energy and fast paced. Getting the most for my client in the class is the aim, ensuring they enjoy it but most importantly come away having a great workout with them wanting to come back for more.

I like to throw in “burner” exercise and of course some team building exercises to help everyone make friends as well as get a solid workout.

Currently Boxercise is my thing, since qualifying I am making new ways to spread the Boxercise love. But I don’t want to stop there, a diploma in Personal Training is next on my journey of growth at JJK Personal Training.

Rachel Yeo

My passion is Boxercise.

I was introduced to Boxercise just over 5 years ago when I went along to one of Joe's Group Exercise Classes, and from that first class I was hooked. In May 2016 I became a qualified Boxercise instructor and now take 2 classes a week at JJK.

My goal is to make every Boxercise class as fun and energetic as possible. This involves glove and pad work and cardio - working out the whole body (arms, legs, core).

I love welcoming both males and females of all ages, shapes and sizes to my classes; to relieve stress and have a great session together.

I joined JJK in 2016 and have experience in Personal Training and Special Populations.

I am a qualified in Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Kettle Bells, Circuits and Metafit and specialises in strength toning and building.

Added to this I have Level 4 in Special Populations such as Mental Health Exercise and Cancer Rehabilitation.
