Joe Kelly
Joe Kelly is founder of Gym Grub, Joe is a currently studying a full honours diploma with MAC Nutrition to become a fully qualified nutritional therapist. Nutritional Therapy is for everyone, not just those with a particular problem. Everyone can learn how to benefit from eating the correct foods for us, which in every case is different. It can be hard to know what our body likes and dislikes. With a nutritional therapist guidance, we can tailor make the right diet for you.
I believe that Personal Training is a life changing experience and want to help you make the next step to finding the new you. Over the last seven years I have built up a large client base in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire working as a personal trainer. I have helped my clients with weight management, sports performance, reduction of high blood pressure and pre-marathon training.If you are trained by Joe you can expect dedication, good knowledge built from years in the industry, and new and exciting techniques to take your fitness to new levels.

Ola Lennon
Ola Lennon is a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer & has been in the fitness industry for 2 years, she is enthusiastic and a motivating individual. Ola joined the JJK Personal Training team in March 2016, she is growing in confidence each day & she is building up a strong client base here at JJK. Ola’s high energy personality rubs off on her clients, if you are looking to shred the fat, tone up and get those abs rockin for the summer then Ola is the girl to do it.

Ashton Taylor Lintern
Ashton Taylor Litern joined JJK in November 2016 and is growing into a real character. Ashton’s knowledge and attention to detail to the human body is second to none. Ashton is building a real strong one-to-one client base at JJK. Specialises in boxing, rehabilitation and strength training.Ashton has been working in the fitness industry now for four years.

Faye
Faye Lock
Faye is a qualified 500 hour yoga alliance accredited Hot Hatha yoga instructor.Her main motivation is to change peoples lives by guiding people to have a healthy mind and body.
Faye has a particular passion for teaching yoga for sport and brings to her clients a strong understanding of how yoga can transform an athletes range of movement whilst also protecting from injury.Not an athlete and can’t touch your toes?…then yoga is definitely the class for you!
Faye has been with us since Sept 2016 and teaches here 3 times a week so catch her at one of her classes or arrange a 1-2-1 for a more personalised session.

Glenn
Glenn Robbins
Glen graduated from Keele University in 2005 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and has spent the last 11 years working in private clinics and for the NHS treating a variety of physiotherapy problems and sports injuries. He has also completed a Masters Degree through the University of Hertfordshire.He is a specialist in manual therapy and is a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP). He is also a specialist in identifying movement dysfunctions and is skilled in rehabilitative exercise prescription and progression.
Glen has extensive experience treating all common aches and pains and has also worked with elite runners, triathletes and cyclists as well as professional snowboarders and high-level skiers.
Glen got into Physiotherapy after the care he received following a back injury when he was a teenager. It was this experience that inspired not only his career but a love of exercise that he maintains to this day. He lives in the local area with his wife and young sons.
