Our Small Group Personal Training programme caters for those who wish to get the benefits of a Personal Trainer but are happy to train in a small group.
Sessions run 7 days a week and there are 27 sessions to choose from.  Most clients choose to sign up to a monthly unlimited pass but pay as you go clients are also welcome.

We offer an optional free initial consultation and movement assessment to all new clients but if you would prefer to jump straight in and try us out, you can sign up for a FREE 10 day trial below:
