JJK Youth


A brand new unique fitness programme designed for young people aged 8 – 15. Sessions will be varied each week teaching the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a fun and safe environment.

Programme designed for all abilities and exercises are scaled to their physical development to ensure everyone gets a safe and effective workout.

Programme Details:

Ages 8-11 
Girls – Tuesdays at 16:15
Boys – Thursdays at 16:15
Mixed – Saturdays at 08:00

Ages 12-15 
Girls – Tuesdays at 17:00
Boys – Thursdays at 17:00
Mixed – Wednesday 18:00

All classes are 45 mins long
