PRE NATAL EXERCISE PROGRAMME
A 6 week programme tailored specifically for expectant mums to help you maintain your fitness throughout pregnancy. Our expert coach will guide you through low impact exercises that are both safe and beneficial to help strengthen the whole body and ease aches and pains whilst creating time for you.
We understand that exercising whilst pregnant can be quite daunting for many mums-to-be which is why we keep our sessions to a maximum of 10 ladies. This enables us to ensure that we can support each one of you individually and ensure that you are working out safely. Let us take care of you.

£100 for 2 sessions per week
