PRE NATAL EXERCISE PROGRAMME

A 6 week programme tailored specifically for expectant mums to help you maintain your fitness throughout pregnancy. Our expert coach will guide you through low impact exercises that are both safe and beneficial to help strengthen the whole body and ease aches and pains whilst creating time for you.

We understand that exercising whilst pregnant can be quite daunting for many mums-to-be which is why we keep our sessions to a maximum of 10 ladies. This enables us to ensure that we can support each one of you individually and ensure that you are working out safely. Let us take care of you.

All classes are 45 mins long

Cost:

6 Week plan

£50 for 1 session per week
£100 for 2 sessions per week

If you would prefer to pay as you go the cost is £15

  • See confirmation email for important information relating to your course
* Please note that the remaining sessions of your course will also need to be booked in advance.  This can be done easily using the JJK Fitness App.  The login details that you create when signing up online, can be used to sign into the booking app.
