JJK YOUTH

A brand new unique fitness programme designed for young people aged 8 – 15. Sessions will be varied each week teaching the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a fun and safe environment.

The sessions are great for those that play sport and want to improve their overall fitness but also perfect for those that just want to keep active to help build healthy habits for life.
Programme designed for all abilities and exercises are scaled to their physical development to ensure everyone gets a safe and effective workout.


PROGRAMME DETAILS

This is a 6 week course, children can attend once or twice a week
(if attending twice a week, they will do one single sex session and one mixed session)

Ages 8-11 
Girls – Tuesdays
Boys – Thursdays
Mixed – Saturdays

All classes are 45 mins long

COSTS

One session per week £40 ( for the 6 weeks)
Two sessions per week £80 ( for the 6 weeks)
