JJK MUMMY FIT
POSTNATAL EXERCISE PROGRAMME

A gentle programme perfectly tailored for post-natal recovery.  The classes will focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation as well as low impact functional fitness to help strengthen the whole body.

Classes are suitable for mums with babies aged 6 weeks to 9 months.

Bring your buggy, car seat or play mat for baby to relax whilst our specialist trainer Katie will take you through a tailored workout.

Much needed coffee is available from our on-site JJK fuel coffee shop after the workout.

Cost:

Buy a block – 4 credits or 8 credits
Pre natal 4 credits = £40
Pre natal 8 credits = £80
pay as you go = £15
Pre natal – First session free
