JJK FOUNDATION PROGRAMME
Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or you are just getting back into it, this inclusive programme enables you to do it safely in a non-judgmental and friendly environment.
Classes will cater for anyone that doesn’t feel confident enough to join our regular classes – just yet! The sessions will teach you the basics and will include lower intensity conditioning & functional exercises. You will also have the opportunity to try spinning, boxing and yoga (if you purchase the 3 classes per week package).
Classes will be capped to 12 people to ensure personalised support and are suitable for everyone regardless of age or fitness level.

This is a 6-week course which starts on the week commencing 13th September and incorporates 1 Conditioning and 1 Functional Fitness workout per week.
You may also pay a small upgrade to add an extra session of Yoga, Spinning or Boxing into your weekly schedule.
Sessions take place as follows:
Mondays OR Tuesdays, for times please see timetable below
Thursdays OR Fridays for times please see timetable below

Twice a week (1 x Conditioning class & 1 x Functional class) £100
Three times a week (1 x Conditioning class & 1 x Functional class PLUS 1 credit a week for any Yoga, Boxing or Spin session) £125

* Please note that the remaining sessions of your course will also need to be booked in advance. This can be done easily using the JJK Fitness App. The login details that you create when signing up online, can be used to sign into the booking app.
