JJK FOUNDATION PROGRAMME

Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or you are just getting back into it, this inclusive programme enables you to do it safely in a non-judgmental and friendly environment.

Classes will cater for anyone that doesn’t feel confident enough to join our regular classes – just yet!  The sessions will teach you the basics and will include lower intensity conditioning & functional exercises.  You will also have the opportunity to try spinning, boxing  and yoga.

Classes will be capped to 12 people to ensure personalised support and are suitable for everyone regardless of age or fitness level.

In addition to these core fundamentals workouts you will have the option to attend some of our popular group training workouts such as boxing, spin & yoga.
