Our Group Exercise Programme is run by our team of Personal Trainers and delivers best-in-class fitness classes 7 days a week!

All classes are available as part of an unlimited membership package or on a pay and you go basis.

The easiest way to view the timetable and book your free trial sessions is via the JJK Personal Training app.  Simply download the app, create an account, view the Group Exercise Class timetable within the booking section on the menu and book using the Free 10 Day Pass payment method.
