I can honestly say I love this place... Not only for the level of fitness I have gained by attending the classes provided, but for the welcoming and supportive atmosphere! Each trainer provides different levels of knowledge and insight into fitness! Really great people to be around, and actually make the gym fun! Love JJK fam ❤️

What a great find this place has been for me. After becoming a fitness instructor myself 2 years ago I wanted to improve my own fitness levels and reduce bodyfat, both of which wouldn't have happened without the expert advise from JJK. JJK have top of the range trainers and help with all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced. They run fun group exercise, can help with nutrition and provide tailored packages to suit anyone. This not your run of the mill High St Gym, fully recommend.

Never used to like classes at any other gym I have been a member of. You will not work as hard as you will at JJK. The classes are well thought out, change every 6 weeks, are fun and trainers are devoted to giving you a good / hard work out everytime you go (no matter your fitness level)! Atmosphere is electric and everyone is so friendly. I have recently taken part in a 4 week body blitz. Including personal training and gym grub. Results so far have been amazing. Personal training is focused to your individual needs and pushes you even further to achieve results. I would also highly recommend gym grub, the food is so good (people at my work have signed up to this after seeing my lunches) will post 4 week results at the end of my 4 weeks. Thanks to all trainers at JJK. I cant believe I'm saying this... but I actually enjoy going to the gym and exercising now!!

After having major surgery in June I felt I needed something fresh to kick start my fitness again. And JJK really has done that! I do the morning group sessions which I find highly motivating. They’re always set up ready for you and start bang on 6am. I’ve done a couple of the evening classes also the TRX and STRENGTH which are AMAZING!! If your form is out the trainers will correct you which I love. Joe the owner is very experienced. As are all the trainers. I can feel myself getting stronger as I’m lifting heavier weights. The workouts are tough but why would you want it to be easy? Only been coming just over a month and can see a difference in my shoulders and arms especially. If you want results you won’t be disappointed ??

A great place with a supportive and friendly atmosphere. The huge variety of classes means there are so many opportunities to keep fit, have fun and try something new. All the coaches are motivating and have great fitness expertise. I have seen such an improvement in my physical and mental health since joining and those few hours in the gym each week are now an integral part of my routine and happiness. It can be intimidating joining a new gym especially classes, but the JJK team have been so welcoming and cater to all types of fitness. The best decision I've made in 2019 was to join - thanks to all at JJK ??

Had the pleasure of training here for the last week on a free trial. Really great atmosphere and a seriously tough workout. Trainers are really encouraging and go out of their way to get to know you. The JJK1000 was mind blowing and I felt great completing it. Some of the people were burning nearly 2000 calories during the work out! Moving back to the area soon so will definitely sign up.

At 48 years old and a good two stone overweight I needed to find a long sought after fitness and lifestyle that worked for me and delivered results. It turned out that JJK personal training was the answer. Highly professional team; friendly atmosphere and I have achieved more than I ever have. a great place, trainers and nice people too.

I have always enjoyed going to exercise classes , not only for my physical health but also my mental health! but after injuring my back in Dec 2015 it took almost a year before I felt confident and strong enough to start working out again. I then joined JJK, signing up for group exercises. Every class I have taken part in I have really enjoyed, and I have built up my confidence and fitness along the way. Spinning with Ola, boxing with Rachel and yoga with Faye are my favourites but there are many different classes to suit all in a very friendly and non intimidating atmosphere. I thoroughly recommend JJK for anyone who is looking for a gym locally.

After not really training much for the last 4 years, decided time for a change and looked to give JJK Personal training a go, to kick start me into action. 10 weeks in and not looking back. Joe & his team, (Ashton being one) have been brilliant, pushing me hard, tailoring a workout plan to meet my goals, advising me on nutrition and keeping me motivated. Great studios, great classes and all the equipment you could possibly need. Really recommend them to anyone wanting to loose some weight and get fit (but you must be willing to work hard too!). With about 30 lbs now lost the results speak for themselves. Thanks Guys.

I joined JJK almost a year ago and so glad that I did. I have tried a variety of classes and also small group personal training and have enjoyed both. There is a variety of classes to suit different needs and also ensure you are doing different workouts. My fitness levels have definitely improved and there is always someone to ask for advice. The trainers are all friendly and so everyone enjoys the classes.... also a friendly atmosphere.... much more than any gyms I have joined.
