Here at JJK, we have continued to help people day every single day of the year. Lockdown or no lockdown, we have something for everyone! We are currently offering a range of packages which incorporate Personal Training (socially distanced in local parks) and online training. We offer a free initial session to all new clients and are also happy to offer a free goal setting appointment with our lead coach Joe Kelly for those who need a little extra guidance

We recognise that for some people, a bespoke training plan is what is required to enable them to achieve their goals. Our team of Personal Trainers work with our clients to establish goals and work on a personalised plan which will take into account current fitness levels, any injuries or physical limitations and in many cases nutrition. During the lockdown period, we are operating as usual but sessions are taking place in 5 local parks.


We may have had to close our doors but we are currently operating in several local park locations. We are currently able to offer a monthly package which includes 3 x 1:1 PT in the Park sessions per week. During each session, you will spend 20 mins with one of our Personal Trainers and will follow a structured warm-up and cool down independently. On top of the park sessions, you will get access to up to 3 Small Group PT Zoom sessions per week. If you would like to train more frequently, check out our Black Card membership below!


Our Black Card membership enables you to train 5 times per week with a Personal Trainer. As with our standard membership, you will spend 20 mins with a coach at each PT session and will follow a warm-up/cool down independently. In addition to face to face sessions, you will have access to unlimited Zoom workouts and get a whopping 20% off "Fuel Up" orders as well as discounts off our Fitness Retreats and range of clothing.


Our new on-site kitchen provides a range of delicious healthy calorie controlled meals, snacks and drinks along with the best coffee in town! Whether you are looking to pick up a healthy dinner or are looking to bulk buy, there is a Fuel option to suit your needs.


For those who simply want to train independently, we are now offering access to our indoor and outdoor gym at selected times throughout the day. At present, we are unable to open our doors but as soon as we can be open, we WILL be open! All sessions must be pre-booked via the JJK Fitness app and numbers are strictly limited.


Our Body Transformation Programme is truly unique. Our programme incorporates healthy balanced meals with a fat-burning exercise programme and is guaranteed to deliver results. Our team of chefs take away all of the hassle of shopping and meal prep and ensure that you are getting delicious, fresh, nutritionally balanced meals to support your fitness regime. The first ever JJK Fitness Retreats take place in October 2021 in Ibiza. Places are strictly limited so early sign up is recommended.



The The JJK1000 is a brand new proven fitness class, carefully developed and tested by lead trainer Joe Kelly and his team. This class will ensure that all participants burn a minimum of 1000 calories in just one session. The workout will consist of 4 zones (Strength, Endurance, Boxing and HIIT) each run by a different Personal Trainer.
